Taking stock of the previous year, and looking ahead to the next

2025 has been a year of recalibration for equipment dealerships. Between softening demand, higher carrying costs, and pressure to move used inventory, dealers are entering the new year with one question in mind: How do we stay efficient and profitable through the valley?

Join Tractor Zoom’s Andy Campbell and guest expert Jamie Gudeman, Director of Sales Operations for Agrivision & Prairieland Partnersfor a look at where the market stands and what’s coming up next. Andy will walk through the latest equipment valuation and sentiment data, helping dealers understand how peers are adapting and what strategies can protect margins as we head into 2026.

This isn’t just another equipment trends update – it’s your roadmap for turning this year’s lessons into next year’s opportunities.
